Graduate Institute of Educational Technology (GIET) strives expects to educate employable students: theories of learning, teaching, designs for teaching, designs for curriculum, system, and communication to digital learning, teaching design and making of Web-Based Training, WBT. GIET also cultivates students to be theoretical and practical faculty of organization and pracice of education training courses. In addition, our institute offers in-service courses for recurrent education participants and channels for elementary teachers to do advanced studies. This is to enhance teachers' professional knowledge on computer technology and enable them to know how computer technology integrates with the teaching of each subject. This is to promote learning effects. With the arrival of knowledge and economics, the experts trained by GIET can meet the demands of digital learning industry, computer multimedia, content design and making on Web-Based Training, and organization and practice of educational training courses.

1. To train experts of digital learning teaching design and making.

2. To train experts of computer multimedia material design and making.

3. To train experts of organization and practice of educational training course.

4. To promote teachers' professional knowledge of creative teaching using computers new technologies

The Institute currently has three full-time teachers, all of whom hold doctoral degrees. In addition, teachers of Department of Education, Graduate Institute of Educational Psychology and Counseling, Department of Visual Art Education, and Department of Computer Science support instruction and research of relevant courses.

1. To cooperate with developing plan of our school affairs to become the focus of educational technology, content design of digital learning, teaching media, and design and making of educational training.

2. To be in tune with establising policies of recurrent education system, enhance in-service function of high edducation system, establish lifelong learning society, and to promote citizenship employment ability in order to enhance country competence.

3. To plan the cooperation with relevant departments and institutes in famous universities at home and abroad.

4. To train and develop high-quality educational training personnel in order to promote industry production and international competition of industrial institutes.

5. To establish Graduate Institute of Educational Technology's doctor programs.

6. To cooperate with local government, public and private industrial institutes, enhance cooperation between schools and industries, and to promote service functions.
